Our Mission

Our mission is to empower girls in need by providing resources to compete in pageants, helping them step onto the stage and in life with confidence.

In the winter of 2021, I asked for confidence on my Christmas wish list. My mom thought that entering me into a beauty pageant may help my need and want for confidence. I was so nervous when she told me! I didn't know what to expect or what to do! My mom entered me into a small, local pageant to have some fun and hopefully build my confidence! We went shopping for a dress, my mom curled my hair and helped me put on some make-up, and then we were off to the community center! I had no idea what I was doing, but I watched the other girls ahead of me and did my best. I earned 3rd runner-up and had the best time! I was hooked and ready for more! Since then, I have competed in several pageants, including winning the 2022 Jr. Miss Festival of the Bonfires and the 2023 Princess Miss St. Tammany Parish Fair Queen. I discovered that I gained more confidence with each pageant I competed in! 

When my mom and I talked about doing other pageants, she told me how expensive it can be. From hair, make-up, shoes, entry fees, travel, interview attire, and dresses, it can get crazy expensive! I wanted everyone to have access to the confidence I gained from pageants! I decided to do something about it and give back to others what I gained from pageants.

I started Confidence to Crown in August 2024 to help girls gain confidence in pageants and life! Our goal is to help provide pageant resources like shoes, dresses, interview suits, and scholarships to girls who need these resources to compete on stage. Building lifelong confidence and friendships is our main goal!
